Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

TravTrack stores the following data locally on your device only:

• Trip names, destinations, and dates
• Expense amounts, categories, and notes
• Budget settings and currency preferences

This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly use the Export feature.

2. Currency Exchange Rates

To provide real-time exchange rates, the app makes anonymous requests to the open.er-api.com API. No personal data is sent — only the currency code you request. These requests are also cached locally so you can use the app fully offline.

2. Advertising

The free version of TravTrack may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. You can remove all ads by upgrading to TravTrack Pro.

3. In-App Purchases

Purchase transactions are processed entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play. TravTrack does not process or store any payment information.

4. Data Export

You can export your data as a JSON file at any time via Settings → Export Backup. You are responsible for the security of exported files.

5. Children's Privacy

TravTrack is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

6. Changes

We may update this policy and will notify you via app update notes.
